Returns & Exchange Policy – Adire Edit

At Adire Edit, we want you to love your pieces. Each item is crafted with care, and we stand by the quality of our work. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery in Nigeria and 7 days internationally

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original packaging

With all original tags and labels attached

Returns are only eligible for store credit or exchange. We do not offer cash refunds at this time.

Customers are  responsible for delivery charges.

Please note: Sale items, discounted items, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, kindly email us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Worn, washed, or damaged pieces

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong order:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Send clear photos of the issue to adire.edit@gmail.com

We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email: adire.edit@gmail.com with your order number and request

We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue store credit or process your exchange
